Most of our auctions are held online which you could participate in through Auction AlSahraa mobile application.

How much is the entry fee?

No. Participation is 100% free of charge. However, you will be required to make a security deposit.

How can I add credit to my account?

After choosing “Bidding” in the application, press “Increase your bidding/deposit” and complete the payment steps.

Can I pay the security deposit by credit card?

Yes. You can pay your security deposit by credit card as it’s the only accepted payment method we have now, we don't accept debit cards.

How do I refund my credit card security deposit?

You can request a security deposit refund through our customer care chat, your credit will be refunded after 7-10 working days from the transaction date if you don’t have any outstanding balance.

Does Auction AlSahraa provide exporting services?

Yes, Auction AlSahraa can assist in exporting the vehicles to any country in GCC. All that you need is to contact us through the Help button on the App or send us an email at [email protected] while the auction running. We will send you a quotation for the exporting fees and help you in exporting the vehicles.
